Question: !.!.i don't think i was very clear!.!.!.what is normal(healthy) eating habits for a teen girl!?
i was that 9y/o kid who was yoyo dieting, never worked out, then it lead to me just not eating!.!.!.i'm almost 14 now and i've been trying to be normal for!.!.!.nine months(!?) but, i'm terrifed i'll start loosing weight again!.

nobody's ever told me what normal is!.!.!.!.junk food usually makes me feel sick to my stomach, so don't say eat a candybar!.

by no means whatsoever do i want to loose or gain any weight!. i want to be stable

I'm 15 and I had a similar problem!. Not when I was 9 though, when I was about 13!.

Anyway, in my health class last year we spent a lot of time on the MyPyramid!.gov website!. It's really helpful for knowing what you should be eating and what's healthy!. It's also specific to you when you enter your information!.

ok so I'm adding more to answer your other question:

Maybe you don't even have to eat more!. at target and probably some other stores, they have meal replacement shakes that you can drink to get all the vitamins and other things you need without being full!. The part of your stomach that holds your food probably shrank from when you weren't eating much and it will eventually let you put more food in!. (sounds gross, right!?)
I don't have any idea how many calories the meal replacement drinks have or anything, but it should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A NORMAL weight teen girl should eat daily:
2 servings of lean protein
3 servings of whole grain bread, cereal, rice, and pasta
2 servings low fat dairy
3 veggies - green, yellow, and leafy [ salad ]
2 fruits
You can eat these at three meals a day; or three meals and two snacks!.
If you are normal or under weight, you can afford to cheat occasionally!.
Also: drink 1/2 gallon of water a day; and

I know that you are not vegetarian but they have a very good layout of foods and serving suggestions and if you use it you'll not only stay healthy but you'll maintain your current weight!.

Just eat healthy!.!.!.!. Everything your body needs daily!. Make good eating habits!.!.!.!. Growing up I didn't like much junk food either, so I just ate other things in place of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
