I want to build muscle fast. How and what is my best way to do so?!


Question: I want to build muscle fast!. How and what is my best way to do so!?
I weigh now about 139lbs and im 23 almost 24 yrs old!. My body has shown me that i have a small build!. Im about 5,7 and im really looking to build muscle!. Ive been working out for the past 3 months almost 7 days a week!. Working one mostly 2 body parts in a hr workout!. (chest and back, arms and shoulders etc!.)

obviously ive gained some muscle working out for the 3 months but im really looking to build faster!. im currently taking mass xxx to build and gain, and also taking gold standard whey protein!. I just got done with 21/2 months of concret creatine and i take n!.o!. explode before my workouts!.

i want someone to tell me something worth my while!. I know your all going to say keep it up and youll build!. i already know that!. so please leave me something worth my time!. i honestly been torn whether to do a cycle of steroids!. Just one!. I know i may experience some side effects but i figure a month cant hurt right!? and my body will repair!. I just want to jump start my muscles!. Please help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your enthusiasm may be what is holding you back!. You need to tear the muscle down in the gym and then they repair and grow when you rest!. Almost 7 days a week is too much!. Go with a power routine of squats, bench press and dead lifts and military presses and increase the intensity and lower your reps to around 5-6!. Do this Mon-Wed-Fri and rest up and keep drinking your whey protein and clean high caloric foods!. If you put enough energy at the gym on those 3 days and rest up the rest you will start blooming in 3 weeks!. That's according to Arnold, not me by tyhe way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok i just have to say this first: dont do steriods! there cant be a reason why its so pressing that you would have to!. its not worth the risks!.
now that that is out of the way make sure that you consistantly change your lifting routine and weight amount!. dont use too much weight tho becuz that is bad for your body and posture!. eat pleanty of protein and work out as often as possible but make sure you rest as well!.
And please dont forget about the rest of your body!! why have muscular arms if you have no abs!? and no one wants to see a guy whos top heavy muscular with skinny *** legs!. It doesnt look rightWww@Answer-Health@Com
