Depressed and unhappy?!

Question: Depressed and unhappy!?
i am only 165cm tall but weight 75kg and 76 - 77 on my worse days!. i have no regular exercise, i work in a fast food restuarant and i eat too much unhealthy foods!. i cant stop myself, when i have money, i spend on the nearest good looking place!. i want to stop but i dont know how!. i dont have the motivation to help myself and im too lazy to even get my **** off the seat like right now!. my friends and family have all hinted it too me but never said it to my face!. ive just bought 4 new t-shirts and only three fit nicely, with only two looking good on me!.

are you waiting for someone to come after you with a stick and chase you to work out and diet!?
look, it has to come from inside!. from yourself!. you have to want it bad!. and not just say "oh, i have to lose weight" becasue after that usually comes "but i love food so much"!.!.!. almost everyone loves food so much, but most people ABUSE junk food!.!.!. i enjoy junk once a week!.!.!. nothing wrong with that, but to eat it everyday is abusing it and abusing your body!.
i'm not here to lecture you!.!.!. i'm here to tell you that most people who try to look fitter or leaner or more muscular for the sole purpose of attarcting a girl or because they're forced to usually fail miserably!.!.!. the people who want it for themselves (and not becasue friends and family hinted that ehy need to lose weight), are the ones that actually get there!.

you have to figure out four different aspects that are equally important:
weight training

if you know how to do all 4 of these (most people don't!.!.!. that's why we get paid a lot of money to teach it to clients), you will reach the goal you want in a couple of years!.
don't think that it will take weeks or months!.!.!. it takes years!. that's why it has to come from inside!. you have to educate yourself about nutrition, and exercise!. you have to actually work hard and plan ahead and manage your time!.

if you're willing to do that, for yourself and not for anyone else, please contact me and i'll tell you where and how to start!. if you only want to do it cuz other people told you so!.!.!. you are wasting your time!.

I myself have had a hard time with eating!.!.!.I am not that large or overweight!. I dont look it anyways!. But i know i am and so i have started to drink a 24 pack or more of bottled water (in 2 weeks) with crystal light to go my faves are raspberry lemonade and lemonade!. I also drink diet caffine free pop only but not alot if it since it is still bad for you!. I also eat chicken, fish, lean cuisines: mac & cheese, sweet n sour chkn, & santa fe rice and beans are my faves!. I also tried boca burgers they are veggie vegan and only 70 cals a burger and !.5grams of fat!. Not bad:) i also eat whole wheat light buns with them and weight watchers cheese!. I buy alot of weight watchers products in the grocery store!. egg beater with yolk are good for you and yogurt!. You have to find what is right for you!. you need healthy foods that taste great or you will never keep on it!. Cereal is good like special k which has many veriteties i love them all!. whole grain waffles and light or sugar free syrup as well with berries is great:) i hate to excersice but walking is a start!. so get some friends and just walk and talk and before you know it an hour has gone by and you just had excersice :) so i hope this helps:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

baked chicken and green beens and walk at least 30 minutes a day!.!.!.!.!.!.!. remember its not what you eat its how much you eat!.!.!.!.!.!. cut out all breads and soda and go to milos splenda tea and get crystal light drink mixes to go in water my favorite flavors are fruit punch and lemonade!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. the less you eat the smaller your tummy shrinks!.!.!.!.!. also salads as well!.!.!.!.!. me and my dad do this and he has lost 27 and a half pounds within the past 3 and a half weeks! hoped this helps! :) Also sometimes I get them south beach diet dinners get those as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
