i want to loose a little bit of flab in my stomache and for my abs to show a bit, is this a good idea to do everyday or not ? and if i keep doing it and adding 5 to each exersice about how long until i will see results? i also plan on having a healthier eating diet [=
40 sit ups
35 crunches
40 reverse crunches
5 sets of 30 second planks
Answers:
do all those 5 days a week and then add 5 onto each group for the next week!
