Question: Weight Watcher Points are NOT enough !.!.!. I'm starving!?
I just started weight watchers and I feel like I'm starving all day!. Is this normal!? Should I eat more!? Or is my body just adjusting to less food intake!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh wow!. if you're still hungry, then you're not doing the plan correctly!. be sure that you consume more low/no point foods!. take another look at the foods you are eating and find where you can add to your diet more fresh veggies, for example!. also, they have a good recipe for a zero-point soup you can make (and customize how you like it) that is very filling!. if you are still concerned and starving!.!.!. you can always call or visit your weight watchers center between meetings and they will be happy to help you out with some good ideas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
