Chocolate. A little everyday or a bar once a week?

I want to loose some weight, but i know if give up chocolate altogether i'm not going to succed. Should i have a small piece everyday or a small bar once a week?


Answers:

You will find that once you get into the habit of not eating chocolate and other sweet foods etc then you won't crave for them anymore. After about a week of no chocolate you will feel really good about yourself. Good luck!
