Question: A healthier diet!?
i want to go on a healthier diet!.because i am in cheerleading and want to stay healthy for that!.AND cuz during P!.E!. every wednesday we have to run a mile!.and i am pretty slow!.my goal is to run the whole thing!.but at my school there arent really any "good for you" foods!.i usually get a gatorade and like crackers or chips at nutrition break!.but at lunch,in the caff there arent ANY good foods!.so i was thinking of bringing my lunch!.but at home,idk what to do!.can someone help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A sandwhich with wheat bread not white (white has no good stuff in it)!.!.!.put all the veggies in it!.!.!.tomatos, avacado, lettece!.!.!.cheese!.!.!.you need protine when you are active so wheat is good for you and all the veggies are good to!.!.!.bring water not soda!.!.!.and drink alot during the day!.!.!.bring some carrots you can snake on all day!.!.!.and crackers if you want!.!.!.not chips!.!.!.!.orange juice that has vitamins in it!.!.!.and even a slim fast will help you!.!.!.that is full of vitamins!.!.!.(not that your trying to loose weight) but it has alot of good stuff for you and it's fast and easy for a snack!.!.!.between lunch or something or even after PE!.!.!.after the long mile run it may help you for the rest of the day!.!.!.just cuz something has calories does not mean it's bad for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post
a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.
