Question: Loosing weight without a gym!? [pleaaaaase answer]!?
i want to loose weight for the summer!. a lot of weight!. 100pds!? :/ Starting tomorrow or today!.!.!.and then!.!.May 30!? Or when summer starts!?!? Basically, i just want the perfect summer body!. And when i go back to school, i want to have a skinny body!.!.HELP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try buying some exercise machines like Treadmills , Exercise bikes,stair climber and do every machine for an hour each 3 times a week!. You can also try weight watchers, Jenny, basically any weight losing program!. I would reccomed eating healthier too!. And even if you are any age tween teen adult senoir you can go on exercise equipment!. I hope my answer helped a bit !

Diet is the key!. Eat a balanced diet low in fat with plenty of protein and complex carbs such as whole grain bread or oatmeal (my favorite)!. Without a gym, you can still do pushups, situps, chinups, etc!. Try walking/jogging for aerobic exercise!. Start very slow in terms of distance and speed!. Increase your distance slowly and don't worry much about your pace!. It's more beneficial to be walking/running longer than it is to do either at a fast pace!.

You will not lose 100 pounds in a month!. Or by the time summer starts or ends!. A 100 pounds is a LOT--probably half your weight! Don't focus on losing pounds, quit weighing yourself, and exercise regularly!. Will you be slim, trim, and toned for the beach!? No way!.
