mellowg is correct!. Your body sense starvation mode and will begin to store and hold onto all it can to preserve for the hybernation you are about to put your body into!. You will lose weight but it won't be fat!. Your body will begin to consume its own muscle because it will still require the necessary amount of protein to feed the body!. This is why it is so unhealthy and why it is so unsuccessful!. You will still see areas of fat and think you need to starve yourself more only to find the fat still there!. But, you will see the scale start to go down some because your muscles will be disappearing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Quite quickly!. After a day or so you body will go into starvation mode and your metabolic rate with drop!. Your body will break down muscle and internal fat in order to conserve the order of your vital organs!. I once fasted for six weeks, I did not lose much weight because my metabolism slowed down so much!.

The most I ever lost was 5 lbs a week by running 10 miles in the morning and weightlifting 2 hours in the evening!.

All this extreme stuff damages your body and your cells and it will negatively impact your entire life!.

If I had it to do all over again I would never do it because it was stupid, but you know I am a guy and a lot of times we think we have to prove something!.

My g/f, yellow menace, goes on a tomato, celery, apple, egg white diet and she loses a lot of weight that way!. But she runs hot so maybe it is just her metabolism!.

The key to losing weight is to eat lots of green and red and yellow vegetables!. Eat berries, especially wolfberries!. Eat turkey and eggs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

honestly when you starve yourself you will end up mostlikely gaining more
when you dont eat for along time, and then eat something your motabolism will not break it down, so then you will just gain weight
if you want to lose weight
eat healthier
manage your portions( instead of stuffing your self, just keep your self satisfied)

it takes a really long time for your body to realize, hey im not eating, ill sustain myself on fat!. plus once you eat just one thing after starvation you will gain twice the normal weight you usually gain by eating that item!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's very dangerous for your heart to put yourself into a ketonic state!.( the body feeding off of itself) Thats very unhealthy!. Don't lose weight that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends , if you starve yourself for too long , you tend to lose so much , you become anorexic , but if you did it for a short period of time , you gain it all backWww@Answer-Health@Com
