Question: Is it realistic to lose 15 pounds in 9 weeks!? If so, will plan work!? (short question)!?
I've been trying to lose weight for 3 years now, and haven't done it yet!. It's because I've been trying to rush through all of this, and lose the weight ASAP!. So, is realistic to lose 15 pounds in 9 weeks (I need to lose 15lbs to be at my ideal weight)!? If so, will eating 1600 calories a day, and working out 5 times a week (and take a 30 minute walk 2 times a week), will that make me lose 15lbs in 9 weeks!? If not, plz tell me what will!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey of course it is! i have lost 14 pounds this week! just eat healthy and work out, i only eat 3 meals a day i drink close to a gallon of water a day i dont eat past 7 and i have a lot of fiber in my diet, vegies i eat often no fryed foods and low sodium foods as well, good luck if i can do it i know you can!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have lost 10lbs in two weeks!. This is what I did:

Breakfast - 1 weetabix with skimmed milk
Lunch - soup/greens/small amount of non-fatty protein(egg/chicken)
Supper - 1 tin baked beans on two slices of brown toast with low-fat spread or pasta with a tomato sauce, black pepper and parmesan
Snacks = apples/pears
Drinks = black tea/coffee/water
Boring but it worked! The main thing I do when I want to lose weight is cut out ANYTHING WITH SUGAR AND/OR WHITE FLOUR as a golden rule!

Exercise helps as well of course but I can tell you that if you do this for three days you actually get used to the diet and won't feel hungry!Www@Answer-Health@Com

but you need to do a lot of workout

and 30 mins walk two times a week === hahahaha

The calories may need to be cut a little more, but it's reasonable to lose that much in two months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
