I am fat. I love food. I am out of control! How do I get motivated?!?!


Question: I am fat!. I love food!. I am out of control! How do I get motivated!?!!?
I've never been skinny, but I've never been this fat! I wear about a Size 18 and I am very depressed about this!. The only thing that makes me feel better is food!

I once lost 50 lbs on Weight Watchers, but I gained it back when I quit doing it!. Now, it seems I can't get motivated! Any ideas on how to get back into the spirit of weight loss!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate to seem like I'm spamming, and hate to seem cranky about it, but people refuse to understand this!.
I'm sorry, I'm no medical professional, but I know the true secret to lose weight and keep it off!. It has been around for thousands of years, when mankind existed before the industrial revolution!. You want to know the secret!? It's the easiest remedy, requires no guesswork, and can take awhile, but is worth the benefits!? Suspense gotcha yet!?

OK, the real true way the body was created, to maintain your weight true to your height and build is to!.!.!.!.

1) Eat as much unprocessed organic foods as possible!. Lay off the prepackaged, starchy, homogenised, refined foods!. Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, whole grains, and get as much protein from vegetation!. If you must eat meat, eat organic!. Or buy from kosher markets!. Drink bottled spring water!. Fiji water is the best!. It might seem more expensive at first, but think of it this way!. Would you rather pay into aggravating medical bills stemming from your unhealthy lifestyle, or spend a little more serving you and you family healthy foods your bodies intended to have since the creation of mankind!?
Think about it!. There wasn't a whole lot of overweight couch potato settlers!. They worked for what they had!. Physical labor, for meagre earnings, meagre food rationed!. yet, they survived!. They were their average weight!. There was not diabetes, or any strange diseases we see today!. Don't believe me!? Google it!. Which brings me to number 2!.!.!.

2) Exercise as much as you can!. Even if it means short simple walks daily at first!. Before all the modernisation of the world we walked, lifted, stooped, knelt, and occasionally ran!. The ratio to exercise is burn off at least over half of what you consumed the previous day!. Normal brain functions, stress, everyday activities besides exercise burns off the rest, and doesn't deposit as fat!.

If you aren't healthy enough for physical activities, I urge you to cut out the prepackaged foods, and corn syrup laden drinks, and eat more natural foods!. I guarantee you will lose weight from just doing that, than relying on herbal teas or nutrition supplements you found that say "AS SEEN ON TV"

A simple trick to knock some sense into you and actually get started is to weigh yourself every morning!.

Most fat people can't do it - they avoid the bad news and live in denial the rest of the day!.

If, however, you force yourself to weigh yourself and you see that number staring back at you, it actually motivates you to finally get off your *** and do something!.

The key, the most important thing, is to weigh yourself every day!. If you pigged out the night before the scale won't be so kind to you - but that's exactly what you need!. Otherwise it's back to living in denial!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of viewing it as a diet, view it as a change for life, and a gift to yourself of making your body healthier and giving it what it needs, and not what it does not need!. Also, think of those who love you and who you love and the impact on them if your weight made you very ill!.!.!.it is very bad to be obese or very overweight!.

Visualise a slimmer you, and the clothes you could wear, and nice, hot summer days next year when you can wear what you want, and look into nutrition!.!.!.research good, healthy foods that taste good!.!.learn how to cook healthy meals!. Clear your cupboards of junk food-high fat, high sugar etc- and fill them with healthy, wholesome things!.

Walk a lot as well as this can lift your mood, and for goodness sakes, food shouldn't be used as a crutch to bolster your mood!. I'm not fat but I know how you feel about being motivated, I can't even get motivated to loose 10 pounds!. My advice is find a BUDDY!. Someone to keep you on track and to check in with, even excersise with if they live close!. Also when you do eat!. SLOW DOWN!. Enjoy your food and really take the time to chew it!. Even if it's chocolate!. This way you get full MUCH faster, and really enjoy your food!. It really works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start walking 3 miles everyday, that's what my mom has been doing!.

Or get a nintendo wii, some guy lost 9 pounds playing it and with the wii fit coming out next month, which is a game made for to help people losing weight, that can be fun too and a good way to stay motivated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey I feel your pain but get motivated by relizing you cnat live this way!. make the frist steps by changing your diet and excersize pla!. Dont diet because 95% of diets work but the weight comes back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
