Question: Is my weight average!?
hi,
I am really obsessed with the way I look & sometimes it makes me depressed!.
I do 200 sit ups everyday!. & I run every time I get a chance to!.
I am big boned!.!.with alot of mustle!.
& idk if I am fat or not!.
I weigh 130!. :(
but remember i am lyk big boned!.
ohh and im 5'6!.
is that pretty average!?!?

you are going 2 waight more b!.c mucle weighs more than fat!.
try using a tape measure
for around your stomack &
u will see you inches
u losed off your wast!.
& make shure u have a balanced
diet
lyk fibe drink a lot of water
& try 2 drink water before you eat so
you fill more full so you will not have 2 eat as much 2 fill full

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post
a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

it shoudl be how you feel, not how you think other people will feel about you!.beacuse admit it, you're obsessed because you dont want other people to view you as "fat" you're not[= trust me!. look in the mirror and tell yourself your beautiful and BELIEVE it!.

you're going to burn yourself out if you exercise too much and then you'll get sick!.
