Answers:

You burn 60 calories an hour just doing nothing so I guess watching tv is under that nothing. But you could always jog in place while watching tv or stretch. My friend and I just had a sleepover and we watched a funny exersize video together and did everything they were telling us too. We were having fun and burning calories.
