Question: If I eat 1200 calories of meat and vegetables and exercise how much will I lose!?
Hi! I'm a 19 year old female with a normal body weight!. I was wondering, if I eat 1200 calories a day for a week of meat, eggs, and vegetables, how much can I expect to lose in that week!? And how does low-carbing work in this case!?

Plus exercising off 300-400 calories!.

thats really hard to tell cuz we dont know what your daily intake was before your switch or your activity levels before the exercise or how long you plan to exercise or the type of workout you plan to do!. but if you have normal body weight then why do you want to loose!? tone, dont diet!. diets suck, men like women with curves and honestly!.!.!.til you love your body regardless of size!.!.no one else will be able to either!. hell some of the happiest women i know are large and in charge cuz they have made peace with their body!. im not fat or anorexic!.!.!.im a healthy size 2 which is good for my body!.!.now depending on your height and body type i cant say what would be comfortable for you!.!.!.but dont worry about a number!.!.!.just do your thing!.!.tone it up!.!.and appreciate having a good body!.!.there are starving people in this world that wish they could have enuff food to have some curves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At an age of 19, 1200 is a bit low, even for weight loss!. It really depends on your metabolic rate/current weight/height/ and your genes!.

Honestly, if you're normal weight, why worry!? Just cut out a cookie here and there and you may see some results over the course of a few months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
