I cheated on my diet and I ate so much ice cream today... I'm wondering?!


Question: I cheated on my diet and I ate so much ice cream today!.!.!. I'm wondering!?
How far is it going to set me back!. I was averaging about 2 lbs per week!. Am I going to hit a plateau this week!? What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might gain a small amount of weight, but don't get depressed over it, it will come off over a very short period of time!. When i screw up my diet i just go about it as if nothing ever happend by the next day!. It's good to eat whatever you want about once every two weeks anyway or else you'll get burned out on your diet!. I am on a diet most of the time, but i use the 1st and the 15th of each month as a free day!. On those days I forget all about dieting and have fast food, ice cream, chocolate!.!.!.etc!. What ever the heck I want!. Then pick up the next day as if nothing happend!. Good luck on your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop feeling guilty!. Dieting and gaining fat are NEVER done in a day or one time!. it is a result of a week or a month or even longer!. it takes time to lose AND gain weight!. depends on how much you eat, but i bet you didn't eat a whole bucket!. I bet you will barely gain half a pound b/c again, gaining weight, as well as losing weight are hard!. (losing weight is harder i guess!.!.) Plus, if you exercised before, your body will burn a lot of the calories from the ice cream to compensate!. BTW, next time if you want to eat or bunge something, workout before or a while after u eat those!. they won't be as badWww@Answer-Health@Com

This is why people are fat and go on binges that last for weeks!. Skinny people don't worry about going off their normal eating for one day!. Think like you're skinny already and don't even sweat one day of pigging out and feeling all guilty about it!. Just try to go back on a normal eating plan tommorrow!.!.!.you will continue to lose weight and inevitably break your "plateau"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im not exactly sure about that but i will tell you something that will help you very much: you can eat whatever you want after you work out!. your body needs the fat from the icecream, hamburger, hot dog etc!. so it can work beter!.!.!.and guess what!? you wont gain a pound!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just go back to your diet tomorrow and try not to feel too guilty about it!. You can't mess up a life time of healthy eating and exercise by eating too much ice cream one day!. Think about it in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't sweat it!. Ice cream is really not as bad as people make it sound!. Sure, it wont help your diet, but you shouldn't abandon all hope yet!. Just keep moving forward, and forget about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
