well theres a VERY important day competitions!!!!!!!!!
thats iin a month!.
0k im toned all over except my tummy, i got a little flabb not that bad but it's there!.!. i need to loose liik 15 LBS how!! and quickk and i dont have time to run, i have a busy scedual =] plz help =] neyway possible thanks =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay this is not healthy and it extreme but it works!. You burn calories without exersing anyway!. since you said you had a busy schedule this should work!. Drink lots of water if helps curb you appeite!. eat very small meals during the day so you don't feel sick and can make it through!. i would say eat about 500 calories a day!. drink a couple of diet sodas to give you energy to make it through the day!. Don't take diet pills because the lack of food will make you sick!. trust me i learned this the hard way!. when did this i got headaches!. also eat fruits and vegs and protein!. eliminate all sugars execpt the diet soda!. raw vegs and fat free sour cream and rach dressing mix together usually goe for about 50 calories a serving!. also you can get your protein from egg whites this only 30 c alories a serving and if feels you up fast!. its very good with mustard the egg white has 0 everthing and loads of protein which will keep you fuller longer!. i also ate a fruit zone bar for breakfest!. i lost 16 pounds in three weeks doing this!. i didn't this for my wedding i would never do this as a daily habbit!.


there is also the lemonade diet which works but taste so gross!. byonce lost 20 pounds in two weeks!.

hey just one a note since you seem to have a comeption i would increase your calories about two days before so yo aren't sick and weak before your competion besides you will loose all the weight after it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drop some Lemon Juice in the water and drink about 5-6 glasses per day!. ***Make sure your blood pressure wouldn't get down!. If it did, east some salt!. And specially for your belly, you need to do belly excersice at least 100 times aday!. Good Luck and don't kill yourself anyway;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
