Counting Reps?!

Counting Reps?

I get really confused when trying to count in reps. Is it (ex.) 1,2,3-1 or something else????


Answers:

Basically for any exercise you have sets and reps.

Lets say you can do 10 pushups. That would be 10 reps. Those 10 reps = 1 set.
Then you take a break.
Do another 10 reps. Now you have done 2 sets of your pushups.

Dont start counting over again from 1 with your reps, like you said with 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2.... Then you wont know how many reps you do each set if the number is too high.
