Does anyone know how many calories are in a roast meal, i!.e!. a portion of roast chicken and a couple of roast potatoes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The previous person is right this is difficult to answer with no info on the chicken cut, size, cooking methods etc!. But I worked the chicken out to be around 780 kJ/100grams (sorry live in Australia and use the metric system but its around 200 kcal and 100g is an average serve of chicken)!.
Potatos equally difficult to pin point, maybe around 400kJ/100g (100kcal!. 100g)!.
