Slow enough!? I don't know!.!.!.it's took me a good 4 months to lose 14 pounds!.
I have stuck to it very healthily but my downfall is no exercise!.

But aslong as you're not depriving yourself of food that sounds really good! You're doing well!. Just remember they always say "It's not losing the weight - it's keeping it off!"!.

They also say, the slower you lose it, the longer it stays off!.

But aslong as it's under control, and you know what you're doing and being simple!.

Keep up the good work, maybe you could give me some pointers!?!? :D
