Answers:
1500 is the minimum a man should eat!.!.!.you might not be getting enough OR you may be eating the wrong things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am on a 750 calorie diet with exercise and have found that weight can and do go up and down like a pair of barmaids knickers, with a downward trend!.

This is likely to do with water retention and the time of day where you weighing yourself!. To help try diuretic teas and/or drink lots of water to help flush your system of toxins!.

You might, like me, find that 1500 calorie diet is still too much for your Basal Metabolic Rate, and you'd need to reduce further your calorific intake!. Wait a few more weeks before deciding that though, and make sure that the putting weight on is not just a blip!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Work out on average how many calories you burn off a day!. Then compare the two!. They should match to maintain, or you should be burning off more than you take in to lose weight!. Perhaps look at the foods your eating!? Are they high in fat!? High in carbs!? If you're weighing yourself rather than measuring your body can change weight for things like menstruation, general water retention etc!. Carbohydrates can make you heavier, but not in terms of fat!. If you are putting weight on, can you tell by looking at you!? Or is it that your weight seems to go up when you weight yourself!? What time of the day do you weigh yourself!? Because obviously at night you're going to be heavier because you've eaten!. Do it early in the morning, when you first wake up, in your lightest pyjamas, or naked in you can!. See if any of that makes a difference!. But, don't weight yourself too often, it could be that your body is adjusting due to the changes you're making!. Try measuring yourself & keeping a note, you probably wont be gaining any fat at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because you're starving yourself and your body has gone into starvation mode!. It thinks it's starving so it's holding on to as much as it can!. Less calories doesn't equal weight loss!. Eat smart, healthy foods, fiber, fruit, steamed vegetables, etc!. Cut out the fast, processed food and you'll see and feel a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your gaining muscle!. But man you need to gain!.!.!.126 at 5'11" is way too thin!.!.!.!.You really need to be closer to 170 and you should eat at least 2000 cals a day with excercise routine in full swing!. Otherwise you will drain your bones and they will become brittle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its probably muscle I mean you do weigh only 126lbs and 5ft 11lbs I am only 2 inches taller than you and my ideal weight is 175 and I amd at 177 so dont sweat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're putting on weight because you're way too skinny!. Eat something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
