Thinking about a Bowflex...?!
Question: Thinking about a Bowflex!.!.!.!?
So, I'm wanting to get into shape, and for the price a bowflex seems worth it!. I'm only 16, and I'm not overly fat, just a little extra!. I'm mainly wanting to bulk and tone!. I have no set deadline, just wanting a decent home-gym! So, give me some insight if you could, I'm open for ideas!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!. U cannot however choose spots for reduction!.

I should think a bowflex would work, I have only tried one once and it was hard, I am about your age and in really good shape, I actually just got injured training for the junior olympics in beijing if that gives you any idea, but if it could get you in shape, yes, I think it absolutely could, there are a lot of bodyweight exercises that I could suggest but, secretly, I have always wanted a bowflex, just never had the time or moneyWww@Answer-Health@Com
dude listen i am trying to save u some money!.!.u r 16!.!.!.so u must have had very less experience with gyms or prolly none!.!.!.!.!.go to the gym atleast for a year!.!.learn about different exercises!.!.techniques, cadio,resistance training!.!.!.!.get used to exercising and then when u can do all this in a regular gym u can buy your bowflex!.!.!.!.i did all that!.!.!.i got my bowflex when i was 19 !.!.2 years after i first started and now i know what to do how to use it !.!.!.!.my point is get used to the basics firstWww@Answer-Health@Com
