Question: Loosing weight fast and quick!?!?
Ok I want to loose 5 pounds and I want to do it by May 5th!! I need it in a hurry!! PLEASE HELP ME!!! I DESPERATLT NEED IT!!Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Running, Crunches, Sit-ups, Swimming, and other types of exercises!. Try to exercise at least 1 hour everyday!.!.or at least as much as you can handle!. Dont push yourself too hard!. Try changing your diet to more healthier foods and don't starve yourself~ drink plenty of water to keep yourself bloated!. Also eat breakfast, a small lunch, other small portions every 3-5 hours!.!. and try to eat at least 3-4 hours before going sleep and dont eat after that final meal of the day!.
Example: If you sleep at 9:00PM, eat your last portion at around 5-6PM
Don't eat Rice, Fast foods, potatoes, junk food, and other fattening food!. Stick with Fruits and veggies!. Eat 5-6 small portions every 3-5 hour
Extremes:
-Mix Salt with your water (Salt is unhealthy)
-Water Fast (its still considered starving yourself!.!.i suggest not to)
-Fruit Fast (only eat fruit~ im unsure if its extreme)
-Overexercising
-Please dont go anorexic or anything~ thats way beyond extreme!.!.!.(i tried it!.!. i know)

Increase your fiber intake; decrease your carbohydrate intake; no carbohydrates after 6pm when the metabolism slows - only fiber or protein!. Drink a half gallon to a gallon of water a day because the body uses a process called hydrolosis to break apart fat molecules and turn them into energy!. Do not drink anything else like soda, coffee, tea, etc!. -- only water!. Finally, exercise 20 mins a day of the kind that will get your heart rate up -- i recommend bicycling!. Do this first thing in the morning before you eat so that your body is forced to burn fat since there is nothing in your stomach while you have been sleeping all night!.
