Would you reccomend taking N. O. Xplode before a half-running, half-lifting workout?
I'm currently using M5 Extreme by Cellucor. I have been considering buying N. O. Xplode but didn't know how it would affect me if half my workout was cardio. If it wouldn't be the best thing to take, what else would you reccomend?

Does it dehydrate you? That's what I've been experiencing with the M5.

you should take NO EXPLODE before your workout and then do cardio after you finished your workout. NO-EXPLODE is a supplement that helps you build mass and strength. It is better to take it with NITRIX and AXIS-HT. It will give you better results.
