do me a favor and take your scale!.!.!.put it on a concrete surface!.!.!.and smack it a few times with a hammer!.!.!.harder!.!.is it broken!? if so we can talk!. a number dont mean sh&t, you are balanced out and thats what matters!. infact yours sounds like mainly boobs and butt and thats a good thing!. i always try to tell those wanting to loose the butt that its just stupid!.!.!.why!.!.so they can break a hip if they fall n have no padding to cushion the fall!? you are fine!.!.numbers are only important in math and money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!. U cannot however choose spots for reduction!.

you are in no way fat!. you are average and that's good!.
for every five feet u should weigh 100 pounds then for every extra inch add five pounds!. thats how it supposed to be!.
example- if u are 5ft 5in you should weigh 125
but when you give er take 5 er so pounds you're still very average And at a healthy weight!. : )
