Does running actually make you lose weight in your torso area?!?!


Question: Does running actually make you lose weight in your torso area!?!!?
I try to run a mile at the local track a few times a week!.!.!.but is it just a waste of time!? I get the impression all this is gonna do is make my leg muscles strong and my stamina better!.!.!.I eat pretty healthy (I've recently cut all beef, chicken, and other meat out of my diet) but I honestly don't see the logic of how running can burn fat in my belly!.!.!.someone please help me with thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's impossible to lose fat in one specific part of your body!. In order to lose belly fat, you must also lose chest fat, back fat, leg fat, etc!. That's why people can do hundreds of sit-ups and still not have a 6 pack!. When you run, you burn fat everywhere, so even though it might take a while, you will notice belly fat decreasing!.

meat is good for you as long as its lean
if you want to ACTUALLY loss the weight u have to run more
i tried to loss weight doing one mile a day but nothing happened, then i started running 2 -3 miles a day and i see results!.!.!.!.!.
