In some cases, chocolate can be healthy for you!.!.!.overeating chocolate ( like overeating nuts)!.!.!.can be fattening for you!.
Top fattening foods: Trans-fats, Fast-food< french fries, hamburgers, lard, butter, many bakery foods, spreads, doughnuts, pound cake (duh lol), shortening, candy bars, margarine, potato chips, cookies, etc!.

Anything with the bad, trans-fatty acids, hydrogenated oils, saturated fats, will make you fat, obese, etc!.
There are good fats though (mono or poly unsaturated, omega 3's, omega 6's)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably chocolate cake from a restaurant chain!.

Fat in itself isn't necessarily bad (that's why I wouldn't say butter is the most fattening, despite it's high calories and high-fat content!.)

Chocolate cake is nutritionally empty and it comes with a hefty dose of sugar!. It contains little fiber, lots of fat, sugar and simple carbohydrates in the form of highly-processed white cake flour, which spikes your insulin levels and encourages fat storage!.

Put it all together and you have a nutritional nightmare!. Even fried chicken would probably be more healthy in comparison because you at least get protein with it!.

Most sugary desserts would fall into this category!. Donuts would get a big thumbs down because they are basically cake fried in fat!. Add a sugary filling, and !.!.!. well !.!.!. you get the point!.

For a little context, take the "Chocolate Thunder from Down Under" dessert from Outback!.

It has !.!.!. get ready for this !.!.!. 1200 calories (nearly half of a normal persons daily calories in ONE dish), 78 grams of fat (more fat than a person is supposed to eat in an entire day), and 130 grams of carbohydrates -- mostly all from simple sugars!. It has zero protein and zero fiber!.

Chew on that!.

Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
