It's possible to lose this much by heavily reducing your caloric intake and increasing your exercise routines!. But really I'd recommend losing 2 pounds per week, and for 2 months (being about 8 months), you should only lose 16 pounds!. This would be the safer, healthier route so your body can adjust with your weight changes!. also, your metabolism can adjust as well, because if you lose a lot of weight quickly, your metabolism slows down and makes it easy to gain a lot of weight quickly!. I'd say, to stay away from the risky health stuff, just aim for 1-2 lbs a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
