Question: I want to lose 15-20!. Help a girlll out!? Easy 2 points ;)!?
So i am 5' 9 and 15 yrs old!. weigh 133 pounds!. I REALLY need to lose 15-20 pounds!. Pleaseeee dont say ohh you shouldn't lose weight it isn't healthy!. I am unhappy with my body and want to lose this weight and tone up a bit!. Dont judge :)
Anyways!.!.can anyone please give me some good tips on losing weight!.!.i am currently about to go back on my 1,000 cal!. diet , but does anyone have any good FAST diets!? I wanna lose this weight!.!.and FAST!

There is really no real way to lose fat extremely fast!.
