i need to lose weight quick!
any good crash diets!?
is 1,000 cals per day considered crash diet!?
andd i am 5'9 133 pounds and 15 if it matters!.

Any kind of crash dieting is not healthy for you!. You don't really want that!. Portion control is the best!. Drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Crash diets are terrible for your health and expect gain the weight back once you start eating normally again!. /: Btw, you're only one BMI point away from underweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I eat 300 calories a day but I think you would classify that as more of a disorder!. The least u should really go on a crash diet is 800 but I guess I broke the rules!.!.!. lol
