Womans weight loss order...help!?!


Question: Womans weight loss order!.!.!.help!!?
Do woman lose weight from the face down usually!?
I know stomach fat is last!.!.!.or something like that!. But if i eat 1,000 cals!. per day and walk for about 1 hour a day, jog for 10 minutes and do 15-20 minutes of ab!.side work will i lose 15-20 pounds by june 12th!?
I am 5'9 and 133 pounds!. 15 yrs old!.
Will the weight first come off my face then down!?

fat doesnt work like that!.

It will come off your limbs first, arms and lower legs!.

Then your back/chest and waist at about the same rate!.

Then your hips and thighs last!.

Your face will shrink the whole time!.

Your face will be considerably thinner if you lose 5 pounds, if thats what you mean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the way you'll do it!.!.!. you'll lose water first!.!.!. so your face will look thinner!.!.!. then you will start losing muscle!.!.!. so your arms will get "smaller" but they will look "soft" and "flabby"!.!.!. your waist will look bigger since you aren't burning fat and just burning muscle, while your thighs and arms get smaller!.!.!. you will lose a lot of weight!.!.!. but you will look worse!.
at 5'9 133 lbs, if you aren't lean, and you think you should lose weight, i would say that you have a high fat percentage and very little muscle mass!. dieting at 1000 cals per day at your weight and height is just wrong!. if you were 4'10 and weighing 100 lbs i would put you on a 1200 calorie diet!.!.!. so imagine if someone like you (taller, and not much heavier) would take in less calories than that!? you'd lose a ton of muscle and your body will hold on to fat!.

losing fat from certain areas is genetic, but there are things you can do to help!. if you need more info on this, i could help!.

you will lose muscle and intestianal matter, not fat!.!.
in other words, IF you do manage to lose weight that way you will be a smaller flabbier version of yourself!.!.(yes, even if you work out)!.!.
try 1200 calories,walk 10 mins/ run for 30 mins/(instead of walk hour)
and do 30 mins of full body muscle workout!.!. pushups, lunges, crunches etc!.!. 3 days a week!.!.

weight is determined by genetics where it comes off!.!.
i have a skinny waist, but difficult to lose from arms and thighs!.!.!. my friends are opposite!.!. so only you know that answer!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
