I have been trying to gain weight since January!. Im 21, 5"4 and weigh 100 pounds!.!.I lost too much weight by dieting before!. In the past 4 months I have been eating 2,000-2,500 a day and have not gained a damn pound!. I don't exercise!.!.I just do regular house work!.!.cleaning and etc!. If I eat more than 2,500 a day It honestly ruins my appetite for the next day so I know that 2,500 is my limit!. I wish I knew how to help you gain weight but I too am looking for answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would depend on how much exercise you're doing!.!.!.If you're not burning off too much, you may gain at that!.!.
The recommended caloric intake for a woman your age is about 2000 to 2200!.!.!.!. so you're taking in a bit more, but not much!.!. If you could get it up to 3000 , you would gain for sure!.!.!. Try milkshakes! they are easy to get down, and high in calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that based on your physical description you should gain few pounds if you eat 2500 calories a day!.
I think your minimum calorie intake is between 1200-1500 calories, but you will not gain any weight with this diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
