Am I able to get back on track after overeating?
I am on a low carb diet that allows me to have between 20 and 30 carbs a day. I have been dieting for about 3 weeks and tonight I had around 80 carbs. Can I get back on track tomorrow?

Sure you can! Don't let one little slip like that deter you! You might try adding a fair amount of celery to your diet if you haven't already; my son says that with all the energy it takes to chew celery, you end up with negative calories! I'm sure there's not many carbs in it either! Good luck!
However both my wife and I lost a lot of our *own* excess weight over the last couple of years by focusing on 1,500 calorie diets, then going up to 1,700-1,900 calorie diets.
