Leg weight?!


Question: Leg weight!?
im 13 years young and my legs, to me they are fat!. but my friends always tell me im just perfect!. im a 12/14 in abercrombie kids, and a 12 anywhere else!. how can i see what they are talking about!?
or, how do i lose leg weight!.
(and is it ok if they touch in the upper theigh when i walk or stand still!?!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you're fine, but exercise is always a good idea!. you can do activities that involve walking and/or running or you can sign up at gym and make use of the facilities there!. even going for a brisk daily walk can help!. swimming is also good for toning all areas of the body!. if you need some motivation, get some friends together to do that stuff or buy a workout video!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
