How long to see results from working out but with no dieting?!


Question:

How long to see results from working out but with no dieting?

I've started working out 2 months ago, but I only went twice a week. Last month I did 4, and starting this month I'm at 5.

If I have done cardio for 25-30mins, and everything else for about 1hr-2hr when can I expect to see anything?

I weight 128 lbs at 19- 5'6'', I'm probably between skinny and avg.

Also, I don't diet, I eat everyday food and I go out to fast food maybe once a week.

Will I see results in the next 2-4 months?

your biggest problem is that you aren't eating right. make sure you're eating frequently- every 3-4 hours and getting lots of lean protein (chicken breast, turkey, tuna, lowfat dairy) and complex carbs (whole grains, oatmeal, potatoes, etc.) in your diet. make sure to eat a ton of protein, consider a protein supplement if you aren't eating enough calories. if you are already starting out super skinny you have the advantage of being able to just build muscle without losing fat first. 5 days a week is a bit much, just workout hard 3-4 days a week so you can recover. remember that you can work out all day but if you aren't eating more calories then you take in you're not gonna bulk up. good luck.
