Do protein shakes really work?

I don't want to be a 98 pound weakling anymore. Is soy or whey protein better?

Protein shakes are a supplement and are just their to help you reach your daily protein needs.

They do work and I would recommend whey protein for right away in the morning and post-workout because it's a protein that digests faster than other proteins into your muscle.
