Answers:

ok this is exactly what u need:

#1: first off, what u cant be without is whey protein powder. this allows u to get protein into your muscles quick after workouts which is critical in muscle building. if u want to build mass u need to eat at least 1 x your body weight in protein grams. so # 1 would be protein powder (whey). take this after your workouts for results. a good one would be "Optimum nutrition whey gold standard"

#2: for gaining mass and strength, creatine is the absolute best supplement by far. perfect for football. this will have your strength skyrocketing and u will build muscle mass quickly. buy this in powder form as well and follow the instructions on the bottle.

#3 multivitamins are critical and needed if u workout. the best one one from gnc would be "Universal Animal pack"

#4 weightgainers are great for putting on mass but are not necessarily needed. they allow you to eat tons of calories very quick and u need A LOT of calories if u wanna build mass. u can get your calories needs through eating lots of food, but weight gainers just make it easier. a good weightgainer would be something like "BSN True Mass"

#5 ZMA's : great at building strength but a little expensive. buy it if u want even better results

#6 BCAA's and glutamine: great too but u can do without. protein powder already has a good amount of amino acids.

the basics would be the first 3 i mentioned. thats all u really need. plus A LOT of eating
