I have two weeks...?!


Question: I have two weeks!.!.!.!?
I'm going away on vacation in two weeks and I want a quick way to toneup and lose a bit of weight!.
I'm not fat or overweight I just have slight problem areas such as my thighs!.
What is the best way to exercise and eat healthy so I can tone up as quickly as possible!?

I can't join a gym and I'm aware that it is a short period of time and dramatic results wont happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
There are two simple steps to becoming fitter and thinner; Dieting and Exercising!.

1) Dieting
a: Eat a reduced amount of what you normally eat (e!.g!. if you eat a full bowl of cereal for breakfast, eat only 1/2 or 3/4 of it)!.
b: Drink 8 -10 glasses of water each day!.
c: Begin to enjoy fruits and vegetables as delicious snacks instead of ice cream, crisps or whatever junk food you usually gulp down (it's called junk food for a reson!)!.

2) Exercising
a: Exercise ALOT!
b: Push-ups, Sit-ups, 10min run, cycling, etc!.

hey, i have a better idea!.!.!. why not, 15 lbs in 3 days!!!!! yeah, drink about 100 ml of castor oil, and deficate out around 10 lbs of fecal matter!.!.!. then, take a diuretic that might wreck your kidneys,,, something like lasix, to lose another 5-10 lbs!!! you'd lose around 20 lbs in no time!!! will you look better!? hell no! will you be healthier!?!? damn, you might die!!! but most importantly, you lost weight!!!

truthe of the matter is!.!.!. 2 weeks!? really!.!.!. have you ever met anyone that ruined their body in 2 weeks!? no! now, ask yourself this, what is harder!? fixing up your body, or ruining it!?
fixing it up, right!? !.!.!. why would you expect to "tone up" in 2 weeks!?!.!.!.

truth of the matter is, it will take you atleast 6 months to a year to see some good changes in your body!.

if you want lies!.!.!. mmmm!.!. here, try this for example:
if you wanna lose weight on your thighs, go on a bike ride!!! you don't need to diet or go to the gym!.!.!.!.you can lose 10 billion lbs in 2 hours!!! and look fabulous!.!.!. my friend did it!.!.!. you can also start clacking your ankles together while eating donuts!.!.!. that will burn calories, and since you're moving your legs, your thighs will get toned!.

ok ull be surprised to know that in less then 2 weeks (11 days) you can loose 9 pounds!. Because i recently lost them!. Its called idiot proof diet!. N it really works!. I was also going on holidays n had less then 2 weeks!. I searched the internet n came across this site!. God it really helped me!. I hope it helps u too!.
