20 or 30 minutes a day three times a week is supposed to keep you where you are now, so it is a minimum and won't keep you healthy if you aren't already!. There is a range of different types of exercises and how often you should them!. There is a good guide that looks like the Canada Food guide, but I can't seem to find it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you get at LEAST 30 minutes a day but you can do more if you want!. It'll help you more if a little more!. But not TOO much because that can cause you to go dizzy, vomit, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
