Answers:
Anything that involves cardio. So the treadmill, bike, elliptical trainer, rowing machine. Any thing that will get your heart rate elevated into the training zone for more than 20 mins. Lifting weights will increase you heart rate a little, but you are not going to be able to sustain that exercise for very long, unless the weights are very low.
