Answers:
It's a matter of supporting your body!.

At 100 lbs overweight, your main potential healthy problems revolve around too much fat floating around in your arteries, and too much strain on your heart, as well as the usual joint problems associated with obesity!. While the stress on your cardiovascular system can take a toll in the long run, at that amount overweight it is not usually an immediate severe risk!. Since you are clearly getting at least the basics your body needs for survival, the affected systems have the fuel they need for the extra work!.

At 30 poinds underweight, your body is literally starving!. It isn't getting enough nutrition to support proper function, and doesn't have the fat stores it would use to do so in emergencies!. Though most people would be able to live like that for quite a while, it would be with poorly working organs, and they would be overall very weakened and more susceptible to various ailments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

people who are overweight can survive by using the extra calories their bodies have stored over time (fat)!. skinny people who constantly exercise must constantly find a source of calories or their bodies with run out of energy and resort to "eating" needed tissues like muscle tissue or brain tissue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
