well the best thing that worked for me was actually eating two timez a day...
*Make sure u eat breakfast...i would eat one sandwich (whole wheat bread) with a glass of water and immediately after i would exercise to burn off those calories
*Throughout the rest of the day drink plenty of water to prevent you from being so hungry and make sure u remain active...you can do this just by cleaning etc....
*Later on that day, maybe around 5 or 6 o'clock eat a low calorie, low carb snack...pickles are great if you like them...they have no calories so u can eat as many as you'd like. then maybe around 8 o'clock i would walk for about an hour or so everyday
and believe it or not within one week i lost about 10 or 12 pounds the first week and i know it wasnt water weight because when i went off the diet i didnt immediately gain the weight back...i wouldn't recommend staying on this diet for a long time because it can be unhealthy but if your looking for a fast way to lose weight and to keep it off...this is what worked for me
