Well, I need to know what the deal is to be able to really help you out but I will give you the basic stuff you need to know!. I am going to assume you are a middle aged teen to early 20's and a rather thin guy!. To gain good weight you have to put on muscle period!. There are 2 supplements that work and I can prove it, I used them and I would say that my pic is proof enough to that!. Protien and Creatin!. Many people talk about creatin as being bad and I will just say that this is due to either 2 things, one is lack or knowlage or the study they read was given inadiquit ammounts of the supplement to have effect or 2nd, the people who claim they took it and it didnt work either drank it and sat on the couch or simply just do not respond to it!. You can get both of these at Walmart!. They have a brand called 6star which is top notch stuff believe it or not!. You wouldn't think so coming from walmart but it's true!. Next, get rid of any deep cardio thing you do!. Running, bike ridding, playing ball etc!.!.!.!.!.!.!. this burns up calories way to fast!. Diet, you need to eat 5-7 times a day!. This can mean eating your normal 3 meals a day pluse drining 2 protien shakes in between!. YOur food has to change to calori dense food with lots of protien!. Eggs and lots of them for breakfast, cottage cheese, bacon,!. Stay away from foods that are high in fat, meaning, eat grilled, baked, broiled, or steamed!. eat as much fruits and veggies as you can!. Keep away from icecream and fast food!. Do not drink soda and high carb drink!. Water, non decaf teas or coffee!. You do not want any kind of drink with caffien in it due to your high metabolic rate!. Now you have to lift weights!. Power lifting is what I would tell ya to do!. Google powerlifting workout plans and find a basic layout to follow!. Do not be concerned if you can only bech 85lbs!. We all start somewhere and trust me, lifting big weight never impresses the girls, it only can cause injury or make you look like a complete ***!. You will however have to lift the heaviest weight possible that you can handle to do a set!. Hopefully you know what sets and reps are!. take an exercize for each of the major body part!. Ie, squats, benchpress, lat pulldowns, pullbacks, arm curls, tricep extentions!. You could even throw in clean and jerks!. All of this along with the supplements will pack on good weight within about 2 weeks!. I would say between 9-14 pounds on average!. This is mostly the supplement but if you keep at it it will stay with you!. You will always have to eat big but remeber, eat clean!. Eating junk food and fast food, high fat is a death trap!. My friend that I work with, she has this problem as well!. She gave me a link to a website that has a Calorie Intake Calculator, which you input some info about yourself, then it will tell you how many calories, fat, protien, carbs you should eat a day to help you gain (or lose, or maintain!.!.!. it will show for all 3)!. That way you can adjust your diet accordingly!.

EAT lots of Carbs, bread pasta, rice all the yum stuff!.

Take a protein shake with lots of fat and carb in it you can buy this from fitness or health stores Weight gain drinks and they are yummy!.

increase your food intake!.!. eat more than your body burns!. have small meals in between your usual meals!. make sure your diet includes high protein (meat) and carbohydrates (potato, rice)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
