Ok!. Drugs'll only cause the situation to get worse!. Most cause water retention, bloating, increased appetite, mood swings and other heinous side effects!.

And stop skipping lunch!. Really!. Skipping that meal in the middle of the day is causing your body to not recognize a regular schedule for incoming nutrients, so it's playing it safe by storing almost all of your food as fat!. It thinks that you're in emergency mode and that you need all the fat you can get!.

So preferably, eat five meals a day (if possible), and cut them all down to smaller, just-larger-than-snack-sized meals!. Drink plenty of water!. Maybe as a diet plan try something like this:

Meal 1- Grains (energy for the day), dairy
Meal 2- Grains, veggies
Meal 3- Grains, fruit
Meal 4- Meat/other protein, fruit
Meal 5- Meat/other protein, veggies!.

Try to avoid any carbohydrateds (ie grains) after noon, because your body won't burn them as effectively!.
Eat lots of protein!.

You really can't become skinny and "lean" if you lose all of your muscle!. What you want is to lose the fat!. So cut as much fat as you can out of your diet!.

Weight training is a great idea, maybe up it to 3 or 4 times a week!.

Cardio is also a great idea, but try maybe 1 hour, 3 or 4 times a week!.

Some plyometrics or yoga will really help tone the muscles and keep the fat off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are starting to put on muscle and now you feel bulkier and maybe your weight on the scale is also increasing!? Muscle weighs more than fat, so this is normal!. Try to start measuring yourself, i!.e!. your hips, waist and thighs to see if you are losing inches in those areas and stop weighing yourself for a while!. Do you take a multi-vitamin and other supplements!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
