Help me stay away from the sweet stuff?!

Question:

Help me stay away from the sweet stuff?

Hiya!
Well im on a diet, been on it for 16 weeks now, doing really well and im really happy on it (weight watchers)
Thing is...just recently i moved back in with my parents, and now i cant stop eating the sweet stuff , before i moved back in i used to snack on apples, grapes, pears , carrot battons stuff like that , but now when im "hungry" i reach for the biscuit tin!
It doesnt help that my mum calls me stupid and i should just have a biscuit - im trying to loose 2 stone so not much to loose really but im never going to do it if i keep giving in to temptation so to speak!!
So, im looking for some pointers :)
Serious answers only!!
Thank U :o)

Have you considered the link between moving back in with your parents and the sweet cravings? Has the move made you unhappy, bored, or do less exercise? These are things that could have caused the change in your cravings and if you address this then it might help. You need to have a think about "why" you're suddenly after the biscuits. What has changed?
Like everybody else said, taking the temptation away will help and also having an emergency stash of acceptable treats in your bag or bedroom to reach to when you feel like a biscuit is a good idea.
You know the biscuits are bad for you but don't let that feeling of guilt depress you or you are only going to want more bad food to help cheer you up. Concentrate on the image of the new you weighing 2 stone less!
