How can I eat healthy on the road?
When I am home I eat pretty good but at work( I'm a driver for a car service, 12 hour shifts) I eat junk.I am to tired to make a lunch and I work the graveyard shift and nothing is open, but fast food.Any suggestions?

well...make an effort to pack lunch -some whole wheat wraps or pita pockets or regular bread with grilled chicken and veggies, take some fruit with you (banana, apple, orange), some trail mix, whole grain cereal for snacks and water
in fast food places you can always get salad with grilled chicken and no dressing or on the side, fruit salad, fruit parfait - look at nutrition info for fast food menus.
