Question: How can i avoid gaining too much muscle!?
i am trying to lose 15-20 pounds!.!.!.how can i drop the pounds without gaining to much muscle so i dont gain or maintain my weight!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, there's a difference between being in shape, and being muscular!.
Being muscular is when your muscles are built up, and you're very strong!.
Being in shape is when your body is healthy and can perform normal tasks without losing energy!.
So, to lose weight, you'll want to do aerobic exercises!. These include running, biking, swimming, or basically anything that gets your heart pumping and the sweat pouring!. These will help you to lose weight, but they won't build up much muscle, maybe a little in your legs or arms, but nothing overly excessive!.
Push-ups, weight lifting, crunches, sit-ups, and those kinds of exercises will build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle isen't gained easily, you have to put in a LOT of work to get bulky, unless your doing4 days a week weightlifting you arent going to get bulkyWww@Answer-Health@Com
