Question: Is it ok to eat fruit late at night!?
I like to snack late at night so I try to eat healthier options like fruit (banana, mandarin, grapes etc)!. Is it ok or will they make me put on weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have read that if you want to put on weight you should eat proteins in the morning and carbs at night because the body burns carbs during the day and protein at night!. i think it would probably make you put on weight as bananas are high in carbs and you are not exercising to burn the calories you are just sleeping and letting it digest!.
but saying this, i would still eat a banana at night if i wanted to!. do it, if you notice you are gaining weight then stop it if you like, otherwise carry on and enjoyWww@Answer-Health@Com

it is ok!. you put on weight when the TOTAL amount of calories you eat in the day is more than your body requires!.
it is not related to time!. people who dont eat late are cutting out a chunk of calories that they wud otherwise eat and gain wt!.

Yes!. Fruit has very little carories, your right you do not want to eat something fatty before sleeping because if you dont use up those calories they will make you gain weight and turn to fat!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ya those are totally fine!.!.!.just know that fruit gives you tons of energy (natural of course!!) sooo you might be up for a little while!.!.besides that great choices for a late snack!Www@Answer-Health@Com
