Which diet for lean toned muscles?!


Question: Which diet for lean toned muscles!?
I'm a female, 5'7" and 125 lbs!. I just started lifting, and I lift 5 days a week, cardio and free weights!. What kind of diet should I use to get lean toned muscles!? I'm not really looking to lose weigh, just trade in the fat with muscle!. Should I be on a protein diet, low-carb, low-fat or what!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
