Ok so im wanting to know what diet/ exercise plans helped you or someone you know loose weight - They have to be cheap no going to gyms or lipo how much did you/they loose!? serious answers please im trying to help someone with a weight/depression problem!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change your eating and exercise habits!.If you're grossly overweight you might want to take it slow at first, so you don't hurt yourself!.I began a life-style change when I hit 310lbs, i'm 5'7"!.To date, i've lost 73lbs!.Eat tons of fruits, vegtables, lean meats!.!.!.I eat white breast chicken meat!.Drink water, real juices!.Try to cut out fast food, processed food, sodas, junk food!.If you slip up one day or even more than one day, just forget it and start back to your routine!.Being overweight surely cause depression!.!.!.personal experience!.Once you start to lose weight it will become addictive!.You will feel so much better about yourself and the depression fade!.It might not happen overnight, but give it time!.Don't give up so easily!.You're worth it! For me it was education of how the body is different from one person to another and a diet should be set up on a person by person basis based on their age, height, ability to preform rudimentary activities is crucial and it is recommended a person gets consultation from a trained nutritional expert!. I was at 325 lbs!. & now at 245 lbs!., at 6' 6" but still I was a heavyweight to say the least!.

Depression is a critical factor because in most cases a patient will substitute food for healthy activities which has been limited now because of lack of self worth or other underlying problems!.

Get the person active, it doesn't have to be a gym or strenuous excersize!.!.!. just get them up and doing small things!. Then turn the TV off!. TV is the worst enemy of obese persons because of temptation of all the food commercials; eat smaller portions spaced out during the day up until 3 hours before bedtime!.

Then begin complimenting them on even small weight losses to boost their feeling of acceptance and soon the weight will fall off and the depression will be greatly reduced!.

I have tried everything weight watchers, slim fast, calorie counting and ended up back to what i was before i started!.
I did a course last year on eating healthy and it really worked, i lost twelve pound in six weeks!. I started with the cereal diet for two weeks, which consists of two bowls of cereal one for breakfast and one for lunch (Kellogg's special K Ideal), my husband had rice crispies!. And a health meal for tea!. You can have fruit and cereal bars as snacks!. The cereal company's promote this diet as helping lose a dress size!.
Then i eat healthily, five fruit and veg a day minimum A portion is a hand full and don't forget baked beans and fruit juice count!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 70 pounds a few years ago riding a stationary bike!. It was one of the recumbent ones, though--low to the floor with a big, flat seat and bars on the side for working the arms as well!. When I started, I could only do it five minutes at a time--that's how out of shape I was! But I gradually built up to 45-minute workouts; I just had to be patient with myself!.

As for diets, I was "forced" to follow a diabetic diet with my last pregnancy and I could NOT believe how the weight dropped! It's all about balancing carbs and proteins, and if there's no opposition to using artificial sweeteners, there is no need to cut out sweets entirely, if that matters!. (I DID cut out all sugar--except fruit sugars, I mean--altogether when I was on it, but that's just me!.) Anyway, it is a very healthful way for even non-diabetics to eat--five small meals a day, making you really never feel hungry and keeping your metabolism going!. It works!

Have your friend see a dietician to help her with a diet plan!.Her meals should consist of plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables !.Have her drink alot of fresh water in between!.Just a suggestion if she is on medications for depression then that could be a main course of her weight gain!.Medications for depression are known to cause weight gain on people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just fell her/his time with anything entertaining away frm food, keep her/his mind busy most of the time!.!.it worked with me, i used to have food issues!. i used to eat like ALOT,, all of the sudden i found my self busy with something im really interested in and i forgot food i lost 5 kg in couple of weeks, but note that she/he has to do some kind of motion there!.!.and drink alot of water and stay away frm junk food and late meal and unhealthy snacks!.!.i really hope i help in that!.!.sorry to here abt ur friend =(Www@Answer-Health@Com

i lost 10 kgs from lemon tea, green tea, using lot of lemon in my diet!.
drink 1!.5 glass of water just before eating lunch,etc!. then 1 glass of water after eating !.25 of the meil!.

There are 2 categories of workouts and you only need to focus on one of those for weight loss!. They are:

1!. Resistance training - weight lifting, sit-ups, push-ups, etc!.

2!. Cardiovascular Training
