Question: I need help for a menu on the rice diet!?
i bought the rice diet solution book and it seems like it will work, and i'm really desperate right now!. but i don't know what to eat!. the food ideas they have are insane!. i don't have any of that crap in my fridge!. a basic day would be - Breakfast - 1 starch, 1 non-fat dairy, 1 fruit!. lunch: 3 starches, 3vegetables, 1 fruit and dinner is the same!. i really need ideas!. and you can't add salt to anything!. please someone help me with this!. its wicked frustrating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok!. Starchy foods are things like your rice!. By non dairy I would think it would mean some kind of protein, such as fish, poulty, red meats, and obviously your fruits are items such as apples and stuff!. Umm lunch i would say that mean 3 servings of starches (1/2 cup servings of rice!?) vegetable servings of different types like carrots, corn, celery things like that and your fruit is the same!. I'm not totally familiar with this particular diet (It's the first I've heard of it) but I hope this helps!. Either that or take it to google search!. The reason behind no salt is because salt causes the body to store water, which leads to weight gain!. I would say drink about 2 Litres of water per day!. Hope it starts to make sence now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sorry to say but IMO you wasted your money!. low calorie, high carb, low protein diet is not optimum for fat loss AND the preservation of muscle mass!. if you can stick to the diet you will lose weight but not much body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
